Jozzef is bringing his take on the Christmas tale, about the original black-leathered tattooed Santa Claus, that was robbed from his job by the white-bearded Santa with pompons we all know. Have a listen.

After more than a decade behind the producer console for many indie acts, and leading his alternative rock band - Side, Jozzef is launching himself as a solo artist. Having playing the electric guitar for some of the biggest names in the local music industry over the last few years – experiences he credits with giving him the encouragement and enthusiasm to break out on his own with his own individual style of music.

Jozzef draws his inspiration from top contemporary artists such as Nick Drake, Beck, Damien Rice and many others, and the music he creates runs the full range from soft caresses to vibrant intensities. His rich melodies and meaningful lyrics are wrapped up in stunningly beautiful compositions, some of which feature mesmerizing string arrangements. In this album - Jozzef is responsible for playing almost all the instruments, as well as arranging, mixing and mastering at his home studio in the desert city of Be'er Sheva, Israel.
